Jay-Z and Kanye West surprised the audience at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards with a performance of "Otis." "Otis" is off the duo's collaborative album Watch The Throne.

Both Jay-Z and Kanye had reason to celebrate tonight, Jay-Z's wife Beyonce announced that the couple is expected their first child and Kanye won a VMA for best collaboration with Katy Perry.

Both rappers kept their attire simple, Kanye sported an all-denim outfit and Jay in a plain white t-shirt, black jeans and a baseball cap.
