Kim Kardashian Clears Up NYC Wedding Reception Rumor

Newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will be celebrating a welcome to New York party just ten days after their lavish wedding ceremony in Montecito, California.

News outlets have been reporting that this was actually intended to be a second wedding reception, but the newly Mrs. Humphries took to her Twitter to squash this rumor!

Kardashian tweeted, "There are rumors of a 2nd wedding in NY. This is NOT true!! Our friends Jason Binn & Colin Cowie are throwing us a welcome to NY party!"

Celebrity wedding planner Colin Cowie and Ocean Drive Magazine's Jason Binn are hosting the event at the to be disclosed location.

Kardashian has always gone back and forth between Los Angeles and New York and has publicly debated a more permanent move on her hit reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kris Humphries has played for the New Jersey Nets basketball team but was just released as a free agent.  Does this welcome to New York party mean that Humphries will continue to play for New Jersey?
