Thanks to superstar Katy Perry, Rebecca Black has gone from Youtube joke to star. It was assumed that the young singer would have a short lived career, but she's proven that she's not going to let that happen.

Rebecca, who recently released her second single "My Moment," was spotted spending her hard earned cash at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, then she was named choice web star at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards and now she surprised fans at last night's Katy Perry concert; joining the pop star onstage for a performance of "Friday."

It was Katy Perry who catapulted Rebecca's career to the next level when she featured her in her video for "Last Friday Night." The two, along with the Glee cast party the night away in the hit music video.

I think that is great that Rebecca Black is joining Katy Perry onstage. I hope her the best in her career...she deserves it!
