Hosted by funny lady Jane Lynch, the awards show although filmed on Sunday, airs tonight on VH1! The show welcomed many charitable celebrities who hit the stage to express their passion for reaching out to those in need. The night also awarded celebrities including Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert and Demi Lovato for their inspiring work as leaders in the charitable world.
The musical guests are pretty impressive as well -- Lovato, One Republic, Adam Lambert and Foster The People all hit the stage for epic performances that we can't wait to see!

Lovato shared with Hollywire exclusively that it's "You guys" (meaning her fans) that keep her going and inspire her on a daily basis! Loves it!
Lead singer of One Republic, Ryan Tedder told us that he is honored to be apart of such an inspiring show, "It feels great, I feel like this is kinda the younger version of CNN heros."
