Video: Demi Lovato Performs on 'America's Got Talent'

Demi Lovato is continuing her big comeback!  After giving her first-ever post-rehab performance at the 2011 Do Something Awards, Lovato has stepped out again to sing her hit single Skyscraper, this time on NBC's America's Got Talent.

Lovato belted out the song in a long, black dress, paired with black leggings and a cropped jacket, and the audience went wild after she finished her performance.  The Sonny With a Chance star began her performance on top of a pile of what looks like junk, later heading to the piano and ending by taking center stage.  Check it out!:

Skyscraper is Lovato's first single since she got out of rehab this past winter, and it has already generated a lot of attention this summer.  The single will lead into Demi's anticipated comeback album Unbroken, set to release on September 20.  The singer/actress will follow-up the album's release with two New York City shows this fall, with plans to tour all over after that!

Last time Demi was on tour was during her Camp Rock 2 tour with the Jonas Brothers last fall.  Unfortunately, Lovato had to exit the tour early to enter rehab, but the former Disney darling looks like she is in full-on recovery mode now and totally ready to take on touring again - and we can't wait to see her out on the road!
