Julianne Hough Talks Ryan Seacrest's Reaction to 'Footloose'

If you’re getting ready to see the remake of Footloose – as your should – be prepared to see star Julianne Hough get a little roughed up by her racecar driver boyfriend (Patrick John Flueger) in the flick. And a certain someone wasn’t too happy about that particular scene – Ryan Seacrest!

"Ryan saw it and said, 'I can't watch that,'" Hough E! Online. “He was like, 'When he hits you I just want to punch the screen...When I see you pull some of those faces, those are the faces that I see, so you know so it's hard for me to watch.'"

Ryan may not have been a big fan of the scene, but he was a fan of the film! “He’s proud,” she beamed.

Julianne talked about how his first shot at acting went really well for her by saying, "It's like free therapy. People have seen me as, 'Hey, I'm Julianne Hough. I'm happy and I'm bright.'...But I've also gone through things. I just choose not to talk about them."
