Lindsay Lohan Heading Back to Jail for 30 Days!
It happened. Lindsay Lohan is heading back to jail for 30 days. The Mean Girls actress admitted that she had violated her probation during her court appearance earlier this morning, November 2nd. She must turn herself in by November 9th and will not be eligible for house arrest nor any type of electronic monitoring.
We must note that Lohan probably won't serve the total 30 days in jail due to overcrowding -- we can estimate she'll probably spend six days in the slammer.

Lohan isn't getting off that easy though. The troubled starlet will have to complete a strictly structured schedule of psychotherapy sessions and community service at the morgue upon her release from jail. "This is what we really call putting the keys to the jail in the defendant's hands," Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan.

Linds must work at least 12 days per month at the county morgue until she completes the remaining 53 days on her court-ordered community service. Additionally, she must attend 18 45-minute therapy sessions. If Lohan fails to complete these orders, she will go BACK to jail again for 270 days.

Lilo can't leave the country under these new terms but can leave the state for holiday visits with her family if her probation officer grants her permission. She has until March 29th, 2012 to pull everything off but can finish up sooner if she wants to.
Lohan is due back in court on December 14th to check her progress. By this time, she must have completed 12 days as the mourge and four therapy sessions.
The best thing about Lindsay's court hearing? The live feed caught her whispering "Oh, thank God," as soon as the judge dismissed the session. Yikes.
