Lindsay Lohan has managed to avoid her jail time once again!  Although the Mean Girls star was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail after she violated her probation, she spent less than five hours in the Los Angeles County Jail.

Lohan arrived around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday night and was released by 1:40 a.m. Monday morning due to jail overcrowding, according to the Associated Press. It was expected that Lohan wouldn't have to serve her full sentence, but we definitely were expecting the sentence to last longer than a night out on the town!

However, that doesn't mean LiLo is going to get off too easy.  She has until March 29, 2012 to complete 53 days of community service at the morgue, and will also be required to attend psychotherapy sessions.  Lohan will also have to check in at court monthly, with her first check-in being December 14.  If she fails to complete these tasks by March 29, she will be sentenced to 270 days in jail.

Despite all the drama going on in her life, Lohan has managed to have some fun, too. She recently posed for Playboy and attended the premiere party for J. Edgar on Thursday night.
