Alright folks, it's Monday -- which means it's time for a brand new My Monday Playlist to get your ears excited this week! Whether you're into fun poppy songs, good ol' rock and roll or incredible indie gems -- I've got you covered!

Without further ado, take a listen to my top 10 songs of the week (in no particular order) and let me know what ya think!

Rihanna - Where Have You Been

I just listened to Rihanna's brand new album, Talk The Talk, and it is PERFECTION. Track faves include: We Found Love (her first single off the record), Talk That Talk (featuring Jay-Z), Farewell, Roc Me Out, Do Ya Thing, and my personal current favorite -- Where Have You Been. Take a listen and tell me you don't want to start tappin' your feet! TOO. GOOD.

Paper Route - Better Life

I've loved this band since they released their album Absense back in 2009 -- so imagine how stoked I was when they gave us this new tune. If you're into One Republic, MuteMath or Parachute -- you're guaranteed to dig this song... in a major way.

(Fast Forward to 1:15)

Paramore - Renegade

Hayley Williams is one of the fiercest gals on the planet. While we can't wait for a new Paramore album, this song is absolutely holding us over. It's the epitome of what a perfect pop-rock song should be. It also proves that Paramore is here to stay even without the Farro brothers (just sayin').

 The Maine - Some Days

The Maine has been a favorite band of mine since, well, forever. Their albums Can't Stop Won't Stop and Black & White are still two of my favorites and I have a feeling their forthcoming album, Pioneer will quickly become a fave, too.  The new album hits shelves on December 6th and this track is on it -- it's just. so. good.  John O'Callaghan's voice = WIN.

Atlas Genius - Trojans

Atlas Genius isn't a HUGE name in the music industry... YET. I personally think that will change as soon as more people hear their first single, Trojans. It's honest, sweet, catchy and pretty much amazing. The fellas hail from the land down under and are reportedly working on putting their first EP out. Honestly, it can't come soon enough. Listen to this tune and tell me how good it is.

Taylor Swift - If This Was a Movie

In honor of Miss Taylor Swift picking up three AMAs last night, it only felt appropriate to include her on my playlist -- not to mention, she is the queen of cutesy tunes and all-around adorableness. Her latest single from her album Speak Now is everything we would expect from Tay-Swifty... and I love it. All of it. I can already picture the music video plot ;).

Blink 182 - Ghost On The Dance Floor

After years & years without new Blink music, my favorite fellas put out Neighborhoods this year and it was everything I wanted it to be... and more. I saw them in concert this summer at the Hollywood Bowl, and Mark, Travis & Tom still have it after all these years. The night will go down in history as one of my most memorable. This track is one of my favorites off the record -- the lyrics, the vocals -- it's allll good.

Tonight Alive -  Starlight

This Australian pop-rock group is one of the best in music right now -- and they are on their way to making it BIG. I was fortunate enough to interview them last year and I saw them live just two weeks ago while on the Fearless Friends tour. I'm lucky to call Jenna (their front-women) a friend and just want to put it out there that I simply adore her. Peep their music if you haven't yet and prepare to get hooked!

You Me At Six - Crash

You Me At Six has had me as a fan for quite some time -- ever since they released their track Rescue Me with Chiddy Bang... and probably even before that. The fellas have just released their third full length album Sinners Never Sleep and this song is one of my favorites off the record. Unfortunately, the new album is only available in the UK, Australia and New Zealand currently -- but will be released in the US on January 24th, 2012! Take a listen and let me know your thoughts.

Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know (featuring Kimbra)

I recently got introduced to Gotye and immediately fell in love. His album Making Mirrors was released in August of this year and this song happens to be my favorite. I see big things for Gotye in the future -- big, big things.
