Ashton Kutcher Spends the Holidays Vacationing in Italy With His New Lady Friend!

Considering Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's marriage ended a month ago after he cheated on her, it's no surprise that Kutcher is the first of the duo to move on from the split.

The Two and a Half Men star spent his holiday vacation in Italy with his business partner Matt Mazzant and screenwriter Lorene Scafaria, who appears to be the latest object of his affection! "Roman holiday with the homies," Kutcher tweeted, along with a photo of the three of them walking the streets of Italy. It's hard to deny, too, that Kutcher's new lady friend bears somewhat of a resemblence to his ex-wife, don't you think!?

According to Us Weekly, sources say that Kutcher and Scafaria have actually been seeing each other since meeting last Februrary, when Ashton was still "happily married" to Demi and Lorene was dating Adam Brody. However, reps for both halves of the duo have denied these claims and insisted that the two are "just friends." Another source for the mag spied the duo holding hands while in Italy and even caught Kutcher paying their dinner bill -- sounds like a date to me!

Meanwhile, Moore spent her holiday in Parrot Cay with family. The actress has remained very low key since filing for divorce from Kutcher, but has a lot of big things coming up in 2012, including the premiere of a new Lifetime show she executive produced!
