Miley Cyrus on Boob Job Rumors: "These Babies Are All Mine!"
Miley Cyrus has a habit of raising eyebrows whenever she hits the red carpet. Be it for an outfit being too racy, too grungy, or just too...Miley! But at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event this weekend, wearing a gorgeous Roberto Cavalli canary gown with a plunging neckline, the question on many bloggeres and commenters minds was: Did Miley get a boob job??

Well, sorry to disappoint the cynics, but Miley has officially squashed the rumor...and is proud of her body!
She tweeted at one of the speculators, "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!" She then followed up, tweeting, "And I'm 19!!! BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!"
We don't know if Miley is necessarily still going through puberty, but we certainly didn't believe that Miley had gone under the knife -- the cut of the dress is definitely one that pushes certain, ahem, assets together. And Miley has always been a vocal believer in natural beauty!
