'30 Rock' Star Katrina Bowden is Engaged!
30 Rock star Katrina Bowden showed up to the SAG Awards on Sunday with the ultimate accessory: an engagement ring! The 23-year-old actress, who was coincidentally wearing a white gown, broke the news live during the live E! red carpet pre-show with host Giuliana Rancic, saying that her rocker beau Benjamin Jorgensen popped the question the night before at the Four Seasons!

Jorgensen, the 28-year-old former frontman for the band Armor for Sleep, is one lucky guy. Not only is Bowden's 30 Rock character Cerie the token hot girl in the show, she's the latest Maxim cover girl and was pronounced Esquire's Hottest Woman Alive in 2011.
While Bowden said that they had talked about marriage before, she was totally blindsided by the proposal. "He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said 'Oh my god,' and I hugged him," said Bowden.
"Then he said to me, 'So is that yes?'" Bowden joked. ""We talked about it, so it wasn't out of nowhere, but I was so surprised. That's why I forgot to say 'yes' at first!"
Well, sorry for the bad news, men of the world, but we're pretty happy for this sweet couple!
