Ashley Tisdale is most definitely over her split from boyfriend of two and a half years Scott Speer! Since the duo broke up in just over a month ago, the High School Musical actress has been rumored to be dating rocker Martin Johnson, but it wasn't him who she was holding hands with in LA on Tuesday night!

Tisdale was photographed hand in hand with another mystery man while leaving the Chateau Marmont after a night of partying -- could she have a new boyfriend already!? Well...it's possible, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and break this one down, shall we?

Before her night began, Tisdale took to her Twitter page to write, "Out with @juliannehough and my faves @slaughteration and @paulmorente #getready." We know Considering Tisdale's BFF Hough is famously dating Ryan Seacrest, that rules out the possibility of this being a double date -- so perhaps it was just a night out with friends! From comparing Twitter photos to the paparazzi pics, it looks like Tisdale is hand holding with Jeri Slaughter, whose Twitter bio says he is an Artistic Director & choreographer.

This one could go either way, so what do you think -- friendly hand hold, or much more than that?!
