It's Official: Heidi Klum and Seal Are Splitting After Almost Seven Years of Marriage

If these two couldn't make it, there's no hope for the rest of us!! Just days after a rumor got out that Heidi Klum and Seal would be filing for divorce, the couple has issued a joint statement confirming the end to their almost seven-year marriage.

"While we have enoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," the couple told People. "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

Klum and Seal are parents to three children -- Leni, 7, from Klum's previous marriage, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2. They began dating in 2003, got engaged at the end of 2004 and have been seemingly happily married since 2005. But unfortunately the love just didn't last for these two.

We wish both Heidi and Seal the best during this difficult time and hope everything can remain civil and amicable.
