Katy Perry Spotted Out With a New Blue 'Do!
Katy Perry may have backed out of her People’s Choice Awards appearance at the last minute, but she IS out in the public! While filming a commercial Adidas commercial in Santa Barbara, California last night, a fan was lucky enough to pose for a picture with the new blue-haired star. The fan, Eric Berlanger, also spoke to Splash News on the encounter and said, “It was great to see her, I met her a couple times before. I am a big fan! She was great, really nice, she seemed happy.”

She showed her much happier side when she returned to Twitter after her split from husband Russell Brand on January 7th. She wrote, I am so grateful for all the love and support I've had from people around the world. You guys have made my heart happy again.”
During the People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday night, Katy ended up winning SEVEN awards, which she later tweeted, “THANK U to every1 who voted for me for the @peopleschoice tonight! We won so many! Now I need to get more books 2 successfully display them!”
We’re so happy to hear Katy is happy and back to work, even though we were a little disappointed she decided to not attend the PCA’s. We completely understood though and know it was for the best. Love you, KP!
