Now that Selena Gomez's hit show Wizards Of Waverly Place has completely wrapped, we couldn't help but wonder which former Disney queen would soar the highest in Hollywood!

It's the ultimate teen starlet showdown between Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato in today's edition of The Hollywire Hot Minute!

Over the course of the past year, Sel, Miley & Demi have said au revoir to their respective shows and have showed the world they can indeed make it in Tinsel Town without the help of the House of Mouse. Let's break it down!

Selena Gomez dates the biggest male pop-star on the planet (yep, Justin Bieber, we're lookin' at you), starred in Monte Carlo last year and her band's latest album hit #3 on the Billboard Hot 100! The cute brunette is also set to star in the upcoming flick Spring Breakers alongside James Franco, Vanessa Hudgens AND Emma Roberts - talk about a stellar cast!

Miss Miley Cyrus was listed as the "Most Charted Teen" in the 2011 Guinness Book of World Records, was ranked #64 on Maxim's 2011 Hot 100 List and is dating The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth. She has a ton of movies coming out, including LOL with Ashley Greene and Demi Moore, So Undercover with Kelly Osbourne and Joshua Bowman and Hotel Transylvania with Andy Samberg and Adam Sandler. Miles is also reportedly putting out a new album this year!

Demi Lovato showed the world how strong she is by recovering beautifully from rehab last year. She went on to release her album Unbroken which features her inspirational tune, Skyscraper. The former Sonny With a Chance actress has been standing up to bullying, embarked on a successful tour and we can't wait to see what else she has in store for 2012!
