Nick Cannon Hospitalized for "Mild Kidney Failure": Mariah Carey Tweets Fans For Support

OH NO! While Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were enjoying a peaceful vacation in Aspen, Colorado, their trip became not so perfect when Cannon was hospitalized due to "mild kidney failure."

Carey announced the news on her twitter page Wednesday: "Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure #mybraveman." She included a photo of herself curled up beside her hubby in his hospital bed -- too cute!

The 41-year-old singer explained the situation a bit more on her official website. "We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful. They tried to kick me out of the hospital but here I am pon de bed with Mr. C," she wrote.

Carey concluded the message asking fans, again, to keep Nick in their prayers -- which we will most certainly be doing!
