Rihanna Gets A New Tattoo?!
Justin Bieber may not be the only singer sporting new body art this month. Rihanna was spotted heading into a tattoo parlor in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening. It's unknown what RiRi's new tattoo is of or if she actually got inked at all.

Rihanna is currently enjoying some down time since rapping up her LOUD tour last month. She spent the last year traveling across America and Europe with stops in over twenty countries. And whether she is on stage or in the streets RiRi aims to please when it comes to fashion.

The R&B singer sported some lose-fitting pants, paired with a multi-colored sweater, white pumps and a blue & white bandana for her visit to the tattoo parlor.
