Russell Crowe Calls "Bull****" on Ryan Gosling's Oscar Snub on Twitter
Russell Crowe seems to have something in common with every woman in America: he loves Ryan Gosling. The Oscar-winning actor took to Twitter, saying that Gosling's snub was "bull****." We're with you, Russell!
I wonder which Gosling movie he wanted him to be nominated for? Considering he was nominated not once, but twice for Best Actor in a Comedy AND a Drama at the Golden Globes. We're guessing Ides of March, but personally, nothing is better than Gosling in Drive.

He then followed up with a tweet about Albert Brooks, who also was overlooked for his work in the Gosling movie Drive.

Have to say, Russell has done some hot-headed things in the past, but I kind of love this. So many celebs are careful to be so neutral about what movies and actors they support in these awards' competitions, that it's nice to hear an honest opinion. Also helps that we totally agree with his opinion. Had he said Ashton Kutcher deserved an Oscar for his work in New Year's Eve, we might have refrained from posting this.
For some added Twitter Oscar snub humor (it seems to be trending these days), check out Young Adult star Patton Oswalt's Twitter joke rant about all the snubbed movie stars. It's pretty phenomenal.
Screw the Oscar parties, we'd like to formally request an invitation to the Oscar snub party. That seems like the best time.
Do you think Gosling deserved an Academy Award nomination? If so, for which movie?
