Adele's last album, 21,the album that won her six awards at this year's Grammys, was all aboutheartbreak. But, she assures us, her next album will be a lot happier. "Iam f____ off for four or five years," she said. "IfI am constantly working, my relationships fail. So at least now I can haveenough time to write a happy record and be in love and be happy ... I won'tcome out with new music until it's better than 21."
And itlooks like the 23-year-old Adele ishappy and in love – she is in a new relationship with 37-year-old SimonKonecki, a former investment banker who now runs the charity Drop4Drop."He's wonderful," she told Vogue."Andhe's proud of me, but he [doesn't] care about what I do or what other peoplethink. He looks after me. I don't think I would have gotten through therecovery for my surgery if it hadn't been for him."
Shealso dropped hints that she and Konecki may be on the road to marriage, jokingthat she is "wifey material." "I am attentive," she said. "Iwill do anything for my man. I am a good cook. I'm funny. [And I] always wantto have sex. Most girls don't!"
