Adele Makes Her Post-Surgery Debut at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards!

The one and only Adele has been M.I.A. after undergoing throat surgery back in October, but she’s back and better! In a custom black Giorgio Armani gown, she strutted her stuff at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California.
Her body-hugging dress featured three-quarter length sleeves and was covered in sequins. With a cinched waist, the nominated singer showed off her hourglass figure on the red carpet. Plus, she went for a much lighter hair hue and bright lips to polish off her Grammy look.

The Rolling in the Deep songstress is nominated for six awards tonight and already walked home with two awards, including Pop Album of the Year for 21. She’ll be making her return to the stage with her first performance since her surgery and we couldn’t be more excited!
