Freddie Prinze Jr. Loves Being a Stay-At-Home Dad, Says Wife Sarah Michelle Gellar

Ringer star Sarah Michelle Gellar gave her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. high praise when she recently spoke with Us Weekly: he's a great stay-at-home dad!

After they had their daughter Charlotte in September 2009, Gellar was the one who stayed home. But two years later, she went back to work playing identical twin sisters Siobhan and Bridget on the hit CW drama Ringer, and it was Freddie's turn to take over as caretaker. "He loves it," she said. "We fight over who gets to stay home. You'd think it would be the opposite, that the parents would be like, 'No, I'll go to work!' but he's like, 'You stayed home for two years! It's my turn!'"

"He and Charlotte have too much fun. I'm jealous!" Gellar continued. "It's hard to see Charlotte's little face when you say you have to go to work. It's sad! But you make time for everything. You work it out."

How adorable is that?! First Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are one of Hollywood's most adorable and long-lasting couples, and then it turns out they're some of Hollywood's best parents, too! Love them. And lucky for us they're able to work out the whole work vs. parenting thing, because we Buffy fans are super happy to have Gellar on our TVs again!
