HOT PICS: Beyonce Makes First Post-Baby Appearance At Jay-Z Concert in NYC

It was parents night out last night in NYC and new-mommy Beyonce stepped out looking ravishing in a red dress! Did she seriously just have a baby?! The girl looks AH-MAZING! Hubby Jay-Z performed at Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way and the Shawn Carter Scholarship so of course B had to support!

The singer posted pictures of her first night out on the town on her website and showed off just how fabulous she really is. She flaunted her post-baby bod in a red rouched Alice by Temperly dress and sparkled with Christian Louboutins heels, an Alexander McQueen clutch and Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

While the married couple were without their little one Blue Ivy, Jay paid tribute to his daughter by performing Glory, a song he recorded just days after she arrived. After the packed concert, the two let loose at an after party at the 40/40 Club, according to the New York Daily News.

Good for them! These two deserve to have a little fun! And Beyonce looked absolutely stunning last night, but we’re sure they couldn’t wait to get back to Blue later that night.
