Miley Cyrus Gets a New Tattoo That Says "Love Never Dies": Is She Referring to Her Relationship With Liam Hemsworth!?

Miley Cyrus is no stranger to getting inked, and on Saturday, she added another tattoo to her already long list of body art.

Cyrus hit up Studio City Tattoo at around 8:00 Saturday night with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and a few friends to get her new tat -- the phrase "Love Never Dies" written in cursive on her left bicep. I have to wonder, is Miley directing these words towards her love Hemsworth?! Or is it a shoutout to her ex Nick Jonas, who Miley remained friends with despite writing an entire album about their break up?!

Whomever the new ink is directed at, it is still the 12th tattoo that Miley has added to her collection. Some of her other notable tattoos include a dreamcatcher on her side, an equal sign on one of her fingers, and the phrase 'Just Breathe' on her chest. Considering she is only 19, who knows how many tats Miley will end up with!

The new tattoo isn't the only change Cyrus has made recently, either. Last week, she debuted her new haircut on Twitter -- a short, choppy, bob that makes her look a bit more grown up!
