The biggest names in music showed up to the 54^th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles in some pretty specular looks. But one trend in particular caught our eye thanks to all the sparkle and shine it brought. Sequined gowns went up and down the carpet worn by Taylor Swift, Adele, Carrie Underwood, just to name a few.

Newcomer Jessie J went for a daring look in a silver Julien Macdonald figure-hugging dress that shined all down the carpet. Ryan Seacrest's lady love and professional dancer Julianne Hough kept her hair and makeup simple while wowing in a Kaufman Franco black, strapless dress. Kelly Rowland looked absolutely GORGEOUS in this silver and nude Alberta Ferretti gown. These are just three examples of what went down tonight at the Staples Center -- wait until you see more!
