Today is a huge day for the gay and lesbian community of California. Proposition 8, California's ban on same-sex marriages has been ruled unconstitutional by the federal appeals panel. Hollywood is all a buzz with excitement over the ruling and the stars have taken to their Twitter accounts to celebrate the decision.
