Justin Bieber is known for showing off his giving and heartwarming ways, especially when it comes to his fans. Six-year-old Avalanna Routh suffers from a rare form of brain cancer called Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors (AT/RT) and is one of the biggest JB fans around! So, of course, when Justin got wind of this little girl, he HAD to arrange a meet and greet!
Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun came across a Facebook page dedicated to Routh and her desire to meet her pretend “husband,” Justin. Watch the video below of this amazing dream come true!

After flying Avalanna and her family from Massachusetts to New York to meet up with him, the two hung out in his hotel room, playing Candyland, eating cupcakes and Sour Patch kids, and she even got to touch his hair! Dream come true, right?! When it came time to part ways, the two signed each other’s hands as a parting gift.
After his bonding time, Bieber headed to his Twitter and wrote, “that was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber,” and “got some really great ideas from today. ways to #giveback -#MrsBieber really inspired me. really.”
This is so incredible. We love when the big stars in the world take time to give back to their fans, even if it’s just spending some valuable time together. Justin probably made Routh’s dreams come true and it’s obviously that she inspired him as well. What a great story!
