Ashton Kutcher may still be paying visits to Demi Moore, but he seems to be moving on just fine. He was spotted out with his rumored new girlfriend Lorene Scafaria at a laser tag party in Los Angeles this weekend. Aside from the question of why any celebrity/ any person over the age of 13 goes to a laser tag party, there's also the quandary of whether this is Ashton's new GF.

While his reps pull the "just friends" card, all signs point to romance, as they were seen traveling in Italy together over New Year's, and she was Ashton's date to Madonna's Oscars party!

So who exactly is the woman that enamored Ashton so quickly after his divorce? Let's break it down for you...

Career: While she's got the looks to be an actress, Lorene largely stays behind the camera -- as a screenwriter. Lorene, 33, wrote Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. She recently penned the movie Seeking a Friend for the End of the World starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley -- but Ashton apparently vied for the role that Steve ultimately nabbed! This flick, coming out later this year, is also Lorene's directorial debut. Her next project? Adapting a remake of the musical Bye Bye Birdie for Sony.

Lorene did spend several years as an actress in New York before hitting it big in LA as a screenwriter. She even made a cameo in Nick and Norah. The multi-talented lady has recorded some music -- one of her songs 28 was featured in Drew Barrymore's movie Whip It during the closing credits.

Romance: This isn't Lorene's first foray into dating a famous man. Her last boyfriend was none other than Seth Cohen, I mean, Adam Brody (but he's always Seth Cohen). The couple dated for two years and ended their relationship toward the end of last year.

Friends: Lorene not only dates some famous men, but she has pretty some high-profile best friends -- all incredibly successful female screenwriters! Her trio of BFFs are Diablo Cody (of Juno fame), Liz Meriweather (the mind behind New Girl and No Strings Attached), and Dana Fox (who wrote What Happens In Vegas, 27 Dresses and Couples Retreat). It's pretty interesting that two of her three best friends have written movies that Ashton has starred in!

While it's not 100% certain that Lorene and Ashton are an item, she certainly is an interesting woman to keep an eye on. But they seem pretty well-suited for one another!
