The Hunger Games might have its first off-screen couple! No, it's not Katniss and Peeta -- it's Cato and Glimmer! Alexander Ludwig and Leven Rambin were recently caught kissing! And it's all on video!
Who knew that beneath all that fighting and killing during the 74th annual Hunger Games, a romance was blooming? Aww!
According to Celebuzz, the video is from January 19 of this year. A rep for Leven said that while the video of them kissing outside the Roosevelt Hotel in New York is real, they're not in a relationship -- they're just good friends. We're not quite sure what that means. Were they in a relationship and have since broken up? Or is this more of a "friends with benefits" situation?
And if you noticed a bit of sexual tension between Cato and Glimmer onscreen, that was purposeful. Hunger Games director Gary Ross decidedto throw in some tribute action by encouraging Leven and Alexander’s charactersto have a romantic backstory. Rambin told Celebuzz, "There is a little bit of sexual seduction going on, whichis a surprise for the fans. Gary was like 'Let's just spice things up a littlebit.' So me and Xander were like, 'Alright!' And I definitely didn’t havea problem with that!" Of course she didn't -- the guy is hot!
Do you think Leven Rambin and Alexander Ludwig are a couple?
