Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have always been good friends, and although they have brushed off romance rumors in the past, could Kanye's new song be suggesting something differently?! West surprisingly released a new song online on Wednesday called Theraflu, with lyrics complimenting his good friend Kim.

In the song, West reflects on his relationship with ex Amber Rose, who is now engaged to Wiz Khalifa, comparing the time she started dating Khalifa to his own feelings for Kardashian. "Only n---a I got respect for is Wiz, and I admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him," the rapper sings on the track.

Later on, the lyrics reference Kardashian's ex-husband Kris Humphries, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, a team partially owned by West's good friend Jay-Z. "Well, that's cool babygirl, do your thing, lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team," he raps, referencing Kim's ex.

Recently, Kardashian was in Paris and supported West at his fashion show debut at Paris Fashion Week, but it doesn't look like these two are romantically involved....at least not yet! Who knows, maybe after Kim hears these lyrics she'll realize her true love was in front of her all along!
