Jason Segel and Michelle Williams are still a pretty new couple, but is Jason already thinking about marriage? Based on his interview with People at last night's Five-Year Engagement premiere, he very well might be!

Since the movie is called The Five Year Engagement, marriage was the topic of the evening on the red carpet. When People asked Jason about his own marriage plans, he said, "Myplan is to get her to marry me as quickly as possible before she finds out whoI really am!" Though he wasn't specifically talking about Michelle, she was clearly on his mind as he was speaking. "I'll do it romantic, but I'll doit like over a three-day weekend. We'll meet on Friday, have our first date onSaturday, engaged on Sunday and married on Monday."
While he spoke in vagueries, just think about it -- a guy wouldn't say that, especially while dating someone, unless he believes that's the way his current relationship is going! He'd have to be a jerk to say those things without believing they might apply to his current relationship -- and it seems pretty clear at this point that Jason is NOT a jerky kind of guy.
Well, he's already got the first date part down, so could the whirlwind proposal/wedding happen any time soon? Jason says yes! "I hit my thirties and enough became enough. I'mready to enter phase three. I put the puppets into a closet. I'm getting nicefurniture." I say, get the nice furniture, but keep the puppets, too! Without Jason's love for puppets, we wouldn't have The Muppets or even Forgetting Sarah Marshall! And that would be very sad indeed.

But the most romantic thing Jason said about marriage was definitely, "A lot of people say 'I do' to a moment, but they don't realize they'resaying 'I do' to a lifetime." Sounds like he's thought a lot about this! Maybe Michelle could have a ring on her finger sooner than we think!
And Jason wasn't afraid to show his affection either. According to People, Jason and Michelle looked "very new and very happy" to be with each other. They were "practically inseparable" as Jason held Michelle's hand and brought her around to meet his friends. The twosome were spotted touching, kissing, holding hands, laughing, and whispering in each other's ears! And always the funnyman, Jason even jokingly pulled her behind a curtain at one point -- until she reemerged laughing and pointing her finger at him. They really seem like they truly enjoy each other's company and have the same sense of humor -- which is a very important factor in a successful relationship!
