Miley Cyrus is fed up, and she's letting the world know it! The 19-year-old actress took to Twitter yesterday to express her anger at her severe lack of privacy in Los Angeles.

"Highly considering moving back to Nashville," Miley tweeted yesterday. "I can't stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn't even take my dog on a walk today." To which Floyd Cyrus (Miley's dog) replied, "Yeah when you can't even do that, it's gone too far!" (Yes, Miley's dog has his own Twitter account. But I can't blame her -- my dog has a Facebook page.)

I can only imagine what it would be like having photographers lingering outside your house and stalking your every move, but it can't be fun. Miley's outrage is completely understandable. But would she actually leave L.A. behind for a new life in Nashville? We don't know for sure, but let's weigh the pros and cons.

On one hand, Nashville is her home town, it's got a great music scene, it's got that "country" sensibility that she loves, and there's a lot less paparazzi and lot more privacy.

On the other hand, L.A. is where Miley's career is based. She would have to get on a plane every time she had a film or television role or audition or red carpet event or meeting with her agent or manager! And -- and this is a big one -- her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth is based in L.A.! With his career taking off like a rocket right now, it's unlikely he would want to leave L.A. behind for the relative quiet of Nashville. And those two crazy kids are so in love that I'm pretty sure Miley will decide to suffer through the lack of privacy that comes with living in L.A. so she can be with Liam.

If Miley's really looking for a change, might I suggest New York? It's got a lot more film and television stuff going on than Nashville does, plus it's got a lot less paparazzi. That's not to say that there's no paparazzi here, but you see celebrities on the street all the time doing things like walking their dogs and bringing their kids to the park and no one bothers them. I guess that's one benefit of New Yorkers' jaded attitudes! It takes a lot to get us excited -- and celebrities are old news around these parts.

Do you think Miley should stay in L.A. or move somewhere with more privacy?
