It might be time for Amanda Bynes to start taking cabs.

It seems Amanda is being accused of hitting someone last month and fleeing the scene, yes, that's a hit-and-run, according to TMZ.  It's been a rough few months behind the wheel for Amanda, who was also arrested for DUI last month, accused of a separate hit-and-run earlier this month and drove away from a police officer while he was writing her a ticket last March. Yikes!

TMZ reports that the victim was able to write down the license plate number and when authorities discovered the car was an Enterprise rental, the company traced the vehicle back to Amanda. TMZ also says that when the victim arrived at the police station, she identified Amanda out of a photo lineup. However, a filing officer at the L.A. City Attorney's Office immediately rejected the case because there wasn't another witness who could identify Amanda as the driver.

Meanwhile, Amanda took to her Twitter page to deny it all. "I cant help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me," she wrote. "I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false." It's been more than two years since Amanda's last acting project, so let's hope she can eventually put the legal drama behind her and get back to work.
