They're back! This Sunday, the seventh season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will premiere, and in preparation for this family affair, the network has just released a new trailer for the drama-filled season!

Not only do we get to see some Kim Kardashian and Kanye West love, we also see the family's reaction to Kourtney Kardashian's pregnancy reveal, as well as a backstage look at Kim's red carpet flour-bombing experience. Check out the full trailer right here!:

The trailer also gives us a look at the whole family's trip to the Dominican Republic, while Khloe Kardashian deals with the pressure of her husband Lamar Odom losing his spot on the Dallas Mavericks. However, the most dramatic experience of season seven seems to be when mom Kris Jenner opens up to her daughters about her affair from years ago. So, if you've been living under a rock for the last few months and don't know what the Kardashian's have been up to, now you're all caught up!

With so many family members and so much going on with this crew, the Kardashians have already signed on for THREE more seasons of the show. Season Seven will premiere at it's NEW time, 9:00 ET on E! Sunday night.
