“It will allow us to do what we do better, serve morepeople, develop new programs, and I’m happy to say that as we talked throughthis opportunity with Taylor, she very much wanted to be involved in anadvisory capacity in what we do,” museum director Kyle Young told theAssociated Press.
So what will the Taylor Swift Education Center be all about? It will be more than 7,500 square feet and have three classrooms and an exhibitspace. The museum has plans for it be a “musical petting zoo” and an artclassroom for children to make concert posters and other art projects.
"For Taylor to want to engage herself in the life ofthis place in such an appropriate way, every way you slice it and dice it, it'sgreat,” Young said. Major props to Taylor for wanting to help make a differencein young kid’s lives. Love it!
