Charlie Sheen might be "winning," but it doesn't seem like his ex-wife Brooke Mueller is.

It's just been confirmed that the mother of Charlie's two kids checked back into rehab several weeks ago for an addiction to crack cocaine, according to Celebuzz. The decision came after a wild four-day binge with Charlie that even took place on Mother's Day!

Brooke's rep confirmed the news and said she checked in voluntarily. But luckily, her children weren't around to see the pair on a bender during Mother's Day--a source confirmed that her mother Moira Fiore was looking after them.

Brooke was released from a rehab facility less than two months ago after being arrested for possesion of cocaine last December, which she is still on probation for. So does this admission of drug use affect her case? It could. Brooke still has to submit to random drug tests and if one of them comes up positive, she might go to jail. And that may not even be the worst of it. "Brooke's family hopes that she understands the consequences of her actions," said the source. "She risks losing all of her rights to the children if she doesn't get clean--once and for all."
