If Chris Brown and Drake ever squared off in the ring, we'd have to give Breezy the edge since he won his last fight by way of knockout against Rihanna.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman, who normally handles fights against "celebrities" like Michael Lohan and the Octomom, is moving up to the A-list with his most recent offer, according to CNN. Damon has offered both musicians $1 million EACH to take their battle from the nightclub to the ring, with an additional $1 million to go to a charity for abused women!

Damon said that wealthy businessman Alki David has already provided the financial backing. He also admitted it's unlikely either Drake or Chris would get hurt since the fight would be just three minute-long rounds, with both of them wearing oversized gloves and protective headgear.

In a true sign of poor taste, Damon also made an offer to Rihanna to be the ring girl that carries the sign which displays the number of the round! So far, nobody has responded to Damon's offer. "I'm 99 percent sure (Rihanna) will say no," said Damon. "But I can guarantee you, if the fight happens, she will be watching." Somehow, we don't doubt that!
