Heather Balchinclowing People were astonished by what aerpaepd to be a tornado on the Navajo Reservation. They have never once thought it would happen quite so close to them. A tornado can develop anywhere but the equator. Watching nature takes it course can be beautiful but very deadly and unpleasant. This could be caused by a warm moist air shooting upward meeting the cold and drier air, which in this case the warm air has strong updraft causing directional wind shears. Thus, the tornado is developing at high speeds while the warm air is rising, increasing the speed. Once the tornado is fully developed it causes severe damage of whatever is in its path.
