Demi Lovato and Britney Spears were all smiles at the San Francisco auditions for The X-Factor. The celebrity judge duo stopped to snap a few pics together outside the Oracle Arena in Northern California. Both Britney and Demi are known fashionistas and both looked stunning in their mini-dresses. Despite all the drama surrounding their judging gig, both stars appeared happy and excited for the latest round of auditions.

Demi showed off her stylish ways, sporting a fashionable ensemble by TopShop and Chloe Green peep-toe heels. The teen star completed her look with her wild pink hair pulled back in a high ponytail.

Britney went a bit more conservative than Demi, donning a shimmering gold Lorena Sarbu dress and Giuseppe Zanottis heels. Showing off her wavy, golden locks, Britney completed her look with a simple side part, tousled curl 'do.
