Jay-Z has had enough of Rihanna's partying ways!

The rap icon reportedly lost it when RiRi got so drunk that she missed a flight to the UK for a work obligation, according to Entertainmentwise. Jay-Z told Rihanna that if she didn't enter rehab, he would drop her from his label!

What did RiRi have to say? A source said she's not happy about the ultimatum, but feels there is no other choice. "She's reached breaking point," said the source. "Ri says she's physically and mentally exhausted and feeling lost. I think she desperately needs help and some time off - not just from work but from all the other stresses in her life too."

In recent months, Rihanna has been using her Twitter to chronicle the good, bad and downright raunchy of her decadent nights out. She bragged about still being drunk at 9:00am the day she missed her flight and when she ended up in the hospital after NYC's Met Gala last May due to "exhaustion," she even tweeted a photo of herself hooked up to an IV. Shameless! Let's hope Rihanna starts making some good decisions about her health.

I think Jay-Z is smart to intervene before he has a Britney or Lindsay situation on his hands.

i think he's been quiet for too long, Rihanna has been headed down a bad path, time for her to get her act back together, she could do so much more. i heard about Jay-Z wanting to drop her from the label a while ago if she didn't straighten up, it's high time!

To be honest, she´s been getting out of control for a while and she needed help from the start. She too emotionally and mentally exhausted to keep up with the ever changing trends cause its killing her, so in my opinion te signs were there and Jay Z should have seen this a while ago, because whatever happens now will effect her career in a negative way cause she´ll constantly be on edge.
