Paris Hilton usually isn't one to shy away from the cameras, but during the wee hours of Wednesday morning, being photographed was the last thing Paris wanted.

The hotel heiress was in the parking structure of Bootsy Bellows nightclub in West Hollywood when photographer Billy Barrera happened to spot her on his way to the restroom. He immediately turned on his camera and began filming, but was caught by surprise when Paris "attacked" him.

Billy told Radar Online, "It was 3:30 in the morning, the party was over and I was just walking through the parking lot to go to the bathroom when I see Paris, so I turned on my camera. I wasn't expecting to get jumped! I've shot Paris a lot and am always nice to her."

He went on to say, "Paris was acting like she was on drugs. I know drugs, I've seen a lot of people on them, and Paris is one of them." Adding, "She attacked me for no reason, like you can see on the video, but what you don't see is that she was hanging off my neck like a piggy back ride as I walked up to the next garage level."

"Her friends all started attacking me and no one could see us until we got to that next level, and that's when I yelled for help and the other paps came running and shot some video," Billy claims.

And as if being beat up by Paris wasn't enough, a woman from the club tried to bribe Billy for his footage. "Some chick who was with the nightclub came after me and tried to take my camera and buy me out."

YIKES!! Paris could get be facing some serious legal issues if what Billy says is true.

Do you believe Billy's story?
