Lately, Miley has been criticized for looking too thin, but she insists that her slim figure is due to a gluten-free diet and pilates classes, not any sort of eating disorder.

Considering how young she is and how much she's been gushing about the engagement...it doesn't seem like Liam has anything to worry about. Just a fun day in the pool among friends!
