I don’t think it’s even possible for us to be more excitedfor the return of Pretty Little Liars on Wednesday, June 5^th. But tohold everyone over for just one more day, how about a little chat with ‘A’herself – Janel Parrish!

Chelsea Briggs chatted with the star about what life’s beenlike since Mona has landed in a mental hospital and why fans should be stoked for season three! Plus, a little game called “Cast mate calls outs” has Janel spilling some behind-the-scenes secrets about Ashley Benson!

Janel dished on how Mona’s relationship with former BFF Hanna will pan out since the big reveal. She said, “It’s going to be a little bit of a rollercoaster. It’s going to be fun to watch, definitely… as you can see in the trailer it gets a little turbulent. It’s going to be an interesting few interactions between the two of them.” Okay, we can’t hold out much longer! It sounds like it’s definitely going to be a drama-filled season, guys!

Nice post, Alex. I like the idea of assigning value to our fualires (perhaps as much value as we assign to our successes).My biggest mistake at work lasted for the duration of time I was at one particular org. I'd been hired on at its outset by the founders, I was a Director, and my piece was pretty isolated, so I had total job security and lots of insulation. The result was that I never made an effort to network with or befriend anyone else there in a meaningful way. I knew I didn't have to, and I thought making my division succeed would make the whole org succeed.All of that was wrong. By the time I realized other parts of the org were failing, it was too late for me to make the relationships within the org to fix anything. And it was vain for me to imagine my section was so core to the overall success. Now, many years later, I know only one person from that enterprise. Out of over a hundred. A lot of lost opportunity.
