We haven't been seeing much of Shia LaBeouf lately. He keeps a low profile and hasn't had a big movie out since the Transformers sequel last year. But we got to see a WHOLE LOT of Shia in this video from the ethereal Icelandic band Sigur Rós. And when we say a "whole lot," we're talking Michael Fassbender in Shame lot. That's right, ladies -- Shia does full-frontal.

The music video depicts, "a man and woman locked in a never-ending cycle of addiction and desire," according to a press release. We can't exactly embed the video on Hollywire as we like to remain SFW, but if you are over 18 and have a predeliction for indie Icelandic tone poems, you can check out the full 8-minute video here.
And this isn't exactly your average music vid. This is a short film within a series for Sigur Ros called the Mystery Film Experiment. According to the Huffington Post, a dozen filmmakers have been tasked with making a video based on "whatever comes into their heads while listening to songs of the Icelandic band's new album Valtari." Each director is given the exact same budget and all creative freedom.
This specific video comes from acclaimed documentary and music video director Alma Har'el. It's a sad, lovely piece and is Shia at his best. Not only is his body looking amazing (see above) but it's really one of his best performances in recent memory.
Just look at this face, guys:
It's always refreshing to see a big movie star taking a risk on something unexpected and experimental. Maybe Shia should skip signing on for another studio franchise and get back to his gritty, indie roots. But, you know, keep lifting weights too. It's working for ya, Shia.
