Bethenny Frankel is getting ready to bid farewell to her talk show for now, but promised fans this is not the last we have seen of her!
The six-week trial run of her Ellen DeGeneres-produced talk show Bethenny is coming to an end, but it remains unclear whether the show will be picked up permanently. The former Real Housewife vowed to her studio audience though that this show "was not a test" and will be back on the air!

The show seems to be a lock for next year though because the numbers are soundly beating the ones Wendy Williams put up during her show's test run in 2008, according to The Hollywood Reporter. And according to Bethenny, her ratings have everything to do with the show's content and not the celebrity. "(The show) wasn't marketed at all and it was like, 'Let's see if you can do this,'" she said. "It's not about the bells and whistles and that I have to have Madonna on. It's about a conversation. It's about having interesting people come here and talk."
For now, Bethenny is planning to take a couple of months off to rest and recharge. "I have one little thing that I'm doing in August that I have to do for two hours, but besides that this is the last thing that I'm doing. I'm done," she said. "I really need to shut it down for two or three months because I just have never experienced a whirlwind like the last four or five years." She's definitely earned her time off!
