Have you ever been unable to decide whether you wanted to file a restraining order against your girlfriend or knock her up? No? Neither have we.

The number of Lohans running around the country seemed to be plenty for America to handle, but infamous bad dad Michael Lohan has ensured there will be another in the mix after knocking up his on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major. And according to TMZ, the word on the street is that Lindsay Lohan is NOT happy about this!

So why could Michael end up in jail over this pregnancy? His highly dysfunctional relationship with Kate resulted in her filing a restraining order against him last June. The restraining order was only lifted a few weeks ago, but photos of Kate show she appears to be well into her first trimester! That being said, it would be hard for Kate to push this in court since she's obviously just as guilty.

As for Lindsay, sources close to her say that Michael hasn't even called to tell her the news and that her main concern is how he will pay for yet another child. Could you imagine Michael working at your office?! Looks like celebrity boxing will have to do the job for him now.
