The ongoing disputes in the battle for control over Michael Jackson's $500 million will have just gotten physical!

Janet Jackson and her teenage niece Paris Jackson got into a heated argument yesterday after Janet, along with two of her brothers Jermaine and Randy, attempted to "ambush" Michael's three children at their home. Janet went way over the line by attempting to grab Paris's cell phone from her hand and then slapping her across the face! Not only that, but Daily Mail is also reporting that Janet then called Paris a "spoiled little b****!"

Paris reportedly turned to Janet right after the slap and said, "This is our home. Not the Jackson family home. Get the f*** out!" They weren't the only Jackson family members to get physical. Jermaine and Randy claim their father's nephew Trent put Randy in a headlock and punched Jermaine in the mouth! No arrests were made, but an active battery investigation has begun.

This insane behavior has resulted in the children's court-appointed attorney, Margaret Lodise, attempt to take over their guardianship. Their legal guardian, grandmother Katherine, has been away for more than a week and Margaret claims the children "aren't safe" around the rest of the family. All of this drama is stemming from several of Michael's siblings trying to convince Katherine that the current will drawn up by Michael Jackson's estate should be terminated due to fraud and that the executors should be removed. The only problem for them is that if this were to happen, the prior will would become valid, which still leaves ALL of Michael's estate to his three children.
