Justin Bieber went from a boy to a man right before our eyesand Rolling Stone sure pointed that out in their August cover issue. PortrayingJustin as “hot, ready and legal,” he’s determined to make sure people realizethat he’s not a 14-year-old boy anymore.

“I’m definitely more mature. I feel like I carry myself in amore manly way,” he says. “I don’t carry myself as a boy.”

We’re hoping Justin acts more mature as well and doesn’thead down the wrong path like some of his other young Hollywood peers. Forexample, Rolling Stone’s 2004 cover girl Lindsay Lohan. Coincidentally, the magused the same tagline “hot, ready and legal” for Lindsay’s cover issue as well.Strange? A little bit! Foreshadowing into the years to come for Justin? Ohgeez, we hope not!

Justin has been showing the public some attitude and hisrebellious side lately, from paparazzi car chases to hanging up during radiointerviews. But according to his manager Scooter Braun, it has nothing to dowith being in the lime light from a young age – it’s because he’s 18-years-old!

"When he’s a pr**k, it’s not because he’s famous,” heexplains. “He’s being a pr**k because he’s a kid.”
