Britain has banned Katy Perry and Justin Bieber Proactiv ads!

Apparently Katy and Justin endorse the US Proactiv formula, which consist of different ingredients than the UK brand and therefore British authorities find the celebrity ads "misleading," Gossip Cop reports.

This decision was based on the finding of The Advertising Standards Authority, in which it was decided that the "overall impression of the ads" was that Katy and Justin were "continued and regular users" of the product. However, since it was the US version of the product they use, it is misleading to the British.

And that resulted in all commercials being pulled from British television.
