Katy Perry just became a whole lot cooler in our books! Thestar tried her hand at karaoke with a friend on Catalina Island off the coastof California. Their song of choice? How about a little Will Smith’s Miami?Yeah, it’s pretty epic.

Going by her real name, Katheryn, KP and her friend spit outof the lyrics to the 1998 rap, before she shouted out “I love my best friend”at the end. Seriously, can we just be friends with Katy now? Maybe do a littlekaraoke with her and some Call Me Maybe? Dare to dream.
